One of Nashville’s best tuxedo and formal wear shop is looking for an updated look, so Mark Street of Street Tuxedo approached me about re-designing their current logo. Designing logos can be a little tricky because as with any design project you are balancing your vision with the clients needs and style. They do have to approve the design after all. Not only that, but some companies name and message can be more difficult than others to illustrate. Not to mention that staying away from the expected and contrived in the overall design can be quite a task. I like to provide around 5-6 concepts for each logo design so that the client can have options and open their eyes to concepts they may have originally thought they would not like. So here are the concepts I created for Mark and his company. Each one has a unique style and direction that opens the door to it as a possibility. Now having the client choose one is another story. Drop me a line and tell me your thoughts on these. I am curious to see which one is the winner.
